Collegium Politicum

The Collegium Politicum is a scientific network devoted to the study of ancient political thought. The bulk of its activity consists in organizing meetings on an annual basis. These are aimed not only at discussing the central themes of the classical political thought but also at establishing a close community of classicists, philosophers, historians and lawyers who share similar scientific interests. The group is also responsible for editing the series published by Academia Verlag Baden-Baden.

The next meeting of the Collegium politicum is going to take place in Barcelona, on May 28th and 29th, 2026 on the topic Pain, Pleasure and the City.  .
